Hogan Leisure is a division of Hogan Brothers Pty Ltd. It provides consulting services and specialises in the development of themed hospitality concepts (eg. Jade Buddha & Shadow Lounge which are 75% owned by Hogan Brothers Pty Ltd as well as Union Jack's Ale House a 100% owned subsidiary of Hogan Brothers Pty Ltd).

Jade Buddha Since its launch in 2004 Jade Buddha has received rave reviews as Brisbane's most popular inner-city waterfront casual dining & bar facility and has become the favourite haunt of local and visiting celebrities. Shadow Lounge Located above Jade Buddha, Shadow Lounge is extremely popular and has established itself as Brisbane's premier lounge bar operation and caters to the stylish top-end. Union Jack's Ale House Union Jack's was launched in Nov 2005 and is popular with both locals and international visitors due to its very high-standard of finishes, great food and friendly service. Designed around a UK theme, the room is split into four different sections, for England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales (in that regard it is unique) with ample high-quality large screens for viewing Rugby and European football.
